1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of digital products from our store ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Digital Product Refund Policy.

2. Digital products only

All products are downloadable digital files (PDF, CSV and similar formats). No physical goods are shipped. Files are delivered by download link on the order confirmation page and by email after payment is confirmed.

3. License

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-business license to use the file inside one company, including its employees and contractors working on its behalf. You may edit and print templates for your own operations.

You may not resell, share, sublicense, publish, upload to public or file-sharing sites, or otherwise redistribute any file, in whole or in part, or use it to build a competing product. We may disable access and pursue remedies for violations.

4. Contact data & your responsibilities

Database products contain business contact information compiled for business-to-business use. Contact details change over time and we do not guarantee that every record is current or complete. You are solely responsible for how you use the data, including compliance with CAN-SPAM, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), do-not-call rules and any other applicable laws.

5. Not legal, tax or compliance advice

Our guides, templates and checklists are educational resources. They are not legal, tax, insurance or regulatory advice and do not replace guidance from FMCSA, the U.S. Department of Transportation, state agencies or a qualified professional. We are not affiliated with FMCSA or the U.S. DOT.

6. Pricing & payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store full card numbers. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time without affecting completed orders.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Digital Product Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All site content and products are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost loads.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
