Refund policy
1. Final sales on digital products
All products sold in our store are digital downloads, including PDF documents, contact databases (PDF and CSV), templates and digital checklists. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once file access or download links have been generated.
No physical item is shipped for any order.
2. Review before you buy
Before completing payment, please review the product description, the "Specifications & Coverage" details (such as record count, data fields, coverage and last-updated date), and the sample preview on each product page. If you have a question about whether a product fits your needs, contact us before purchasing and we will help.
3. File delivery guarantee & technical support
We stand behind the delivery and integrity of every file. If you experience any of the following:
- a broken or expired download link,
- a confirmation or download email that did not arrive, or
- a corrupted file or a file that will not open,
contact us with your order number. We will verify your payment and resend working files within 24 hours. If we are unable to deliver a working copy of the file you purchased, we will issue a refund for that product.
4. Duplicate charges
If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order, we will promptly refund the duplicate transaction after verifying it. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5-10 business days to post them.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most issues are resolved faster through support. Download links may be disabled while a dispute is open.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to you. Where those laws give you additional rights, they remain fully honored.
